    What is Happiness?

      Happiness is defined as the mental state of mind where one finds a sense of contentment, joy and feelings of positiveness and fulfilment in the context of Life.

Acceptance:

     The first and foremost thing one needs to take is to “Accept your feelings, emotions and Imperfections.

Gratitude:

    Gratitude is the best habit to practice. Always be grateful, for all achievements which you have achieved in your life, small or big, you are the one to be credited for it.

Smile:

     Smile is infectious. Try smiling in your tough times as well, because the smile is responsible for releasing dopamine, a happy hormone to your brain.
