How to stay Positive in Life

 The kind of hectic and busy life we all are into, it has almost become impossible to stay calm and positive in life.

    Input good      Thought

 The brain acts like a computer system: whatever input you feed, the output would be displayed accordingly. So always try to feed your brain good food.

   Cherish The       Moments

 We always try to get things that will make us happy and we do a lot of effort getting that, but in doing all this we actually forget to cherish what we already have.

Change your approach

     Try changing the approach of your thoughts. Try removing the negative thoughts for example:  replace certain words from your sentences

Practice Gratitude

I know this all sounds very easy but is actually tough to implement. There comes to practice.
